GROWTH
Everyone is capable of growth and change. We have found that most of the peers we serve haven't had an opportunity to learn and practice the skills needed to live the life they desire. Learning is not one size fits all and needs to be customizable to the learner. Grit & Grace is intentionally designed to be a safe, self-directed, and engaging environment that optimizes learning. We have a robust menu of learning platforms and pathways able to meet anyone where they are. Each program, support group, class, support partner and room within Grit and Grace has a specific purpose and was chosen by the needs of the community we serve.
SUPPORT GROUPS
Join any of our All Recovery Community Support Group meetings held weekly Monday - Friday in person and online 11:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday. We also have a variety of partners and fellowships that host open meetings within Grit and Grace, see the calendar below for more details..










CLASSES / LIFESKILLS
We offer daily Wellness classes focused on each of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. These Wellness & life skill classes are open to all and free of charge. Whether you need help creating a resume, budgeting, conflict resolution, mindfulness techniques, or nutrition education we do our best to provide quality opportunities to learn and grow. Each of the classes provides education, practical skills, and resources to optimize Whole Health Wellness. For scheduling see our calendar below.
